Biography:
Ella is an Emergency Medicine Higher Trainee in London, currently working as a Fellow with the Physician Response Unit. In this role, she delivers senior clinical decision-making in the pre-hospital environment alongside ambulance colleagues, managing a broad and complex patient cohort, including oncological presentations, complex paediatric cases, end-of-life care, patients with learning disabilities, while also providing a critical care resource for North East London. The service is experienced in conveying patients to hospital following initial treatment, as well as safely managing patients at home through established community pathways.
