Dr Kilian M. Gust, MD, FEBU is a consultant urologist and uro‑oncology specialist based at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria, where he serves as Head of the Uro‑Oncology Outpatient Clinic and Clinical Trials Unit.
He specialises in urothelial cancers (particularly bladder cancer) and systemic cancer therapies, with a strong focus on both clinical care and research.
Dr Gust obtained his medical degree from the University of Ulm (Germany) and completed specialist training in urology in Germany before becoming a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU).
He has also undertaken international research, including a postdoctoral fellowship at the Vancouver Prostate Centre (Canada).
Since 2016, he has been a faculty member in Vienna and has played a leading role in uro‑oncology research and clinical trials. He has contributed to 100+ scientific publications and participated in numerous international clinical studies.
In addition, he is actively involved in professional organisations, including serving as Chair of the Austrian Working Group for Urological Oncology (AUO).
