Biography:
Dr Vasudev trained in Medical Oncology at the St James’s Institute of Oncology, Leeds. His doctoral research was conducted in the Clinical and Biomedical Proteomics Group in Leeds, focusing on biomarker discovery in renal cancer. This was followed by a Post-doctoral Fellowship at the Institute of Cancer Research/Royal Marsden Hospital, London. He returned in 2013 to take up his current post as Clinical Associate Professor and Honorary Consultant at the University of Leeds/St James’s Institute of Oncology. His clinical expertise is in the treatment of patients with urological malignancies, including bladder, prostate and renal cancer.
