Katie Hudson is the AO Transformation Lead at Wessex Cancer Alliance and a qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with extensive experience in leading the ACP workforce and driving strategic change. She leads the regional AURA (Acute Oncology Urgent Reporting Access) project, which focuses on delivering equitable and timely access to Acute Oncology services—a cause she is deeply passionate about. Combining clinical expertise with a strong background in operational transformation, Katie champions collaboration and data-driven decision-making to enhance patient experience and outcomes. In addition to her regional work, Katie contributes to national Acute Oncology development, helping shape policy and best practice to improve services across the NHS.
