Biography:
Sarah D. Adomah is the Lead Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Chelsea. With over 22 years in cancer care and 15 years in breast nursing, she is a passionate advocate for health equity. She recently completed a pre‑doctoral research fellowship focused on secondary prevention among Black women with breast cancer. Sarah was part of a team that established the annual London conference on Black Women and Breast Cancer and co-led the NHS-first launch of inclusive post-mastectomy ‘softies. Her work has earned multiple national awards.

Sarah has published in peer‑reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. Her professional interests include tackling health inequalities, supporting younger women with breast cancer, exploring genomics in oncology, and advancing menopause‑related care.
